We sell refurbished gaming consoles. Products may differ from original manufacturer condition and may show signs of prior use.
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor cosmetic variations may occur.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- All information provided is accurate
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Shop Pay.
We do not store your full payment details.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KustomConsole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.
Risk in the product passes to you once the item has been delivered to your address.
