Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–8 calendar days.

Orders are then dispatched once processing is complete.

Processing times may vary depending on demand and order volume.


UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK: 2–4 business days

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 6–12 business days

Shipping costs and available destinations are calculated at checkout.


Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to the United States and France, import taxes and duties are included in the Shipping price and paid by us.

For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to your address.


Lost or Damaged Shipments
